We do a grounding Meditation first, then work with Crystals ~ led by Kyle Russell of Crystal Concentrics and the Portal Crystal Gallery ~ interspersed with Group Sharing and Soundscapes (he works with a full Crystal Bowl set; brass bells; etc.).
